London based Handmade by Tinni gets a Twitter Boost from Theo Paphitis.
A London based design brand, Handmade by Tinni, has received a business boost from Retail Entrepreneur Theo Paphitis. The weekly initiative, set up by Theo in 2010, now has over 3,000 #SBS winners and supports small businesses in the UK.

#SBS is one of the leading small business networks in the UK with over 3,500 active members. Each week, Theo Paphitis welcomes 6 small businesses who tweet, comment or post an image to @TheoPaphitis describing their businesses to the #SBS community.
Business and retail entrepreneur and self-confessed Shopkeeper, Theo re‐tweeted Paulomi Debnath’s message to his almost 500,000 followers and as a result, Handmade by Tinni has gained more followers and extra orders for their sustainable textile jewellery designs. They are also profiled on the #SBS website (www.theopaphitissbs.com) that is exclusive to all Small Business Sunday winners.
Paulomi Debnath said, “We’ve only been in business 2 years and I still work out of my kitchen table. It is great to have support from Theo because it’s been tough trying to raise our profile and Theo has recognised our hard work and helped spread the word about what we do to his following.”

Six lucky businesses are re‐tweeted every Monday at 8 PM and then invited to enter their profile on the new website, attend the annual #SBS networking event and take advantage of the networking opportunities.

I was struck by the number of business owners on Twitter who wanted to tell me about their new products and services.
