Paulomi Debnath, our Founder made it to The f:Entrepreneur #Ialso100 List 2022!
Launching in 2018, the f:Entrepreneur , #ialso100 campaign is now in its fourth year and celebrates a plethora of UK female entrepreneur talent. It is a campaign to highlight, celebrate and promote incredible female entrepreneurs and share their stories with the wider community.
This award and recognition makes a brilliant start of 2022 for us at Handmade by Tinni.
In our Founder's word: ''It is a true celebration of female entrepreneurship and I am greatly thankful to the f:Entrepreneur and Small Business Britain team, to select me as an inspiring female leader. I am so excited to meet the other winners and share mutual support, friendship and inspiration. This is am amazing platform full of opportunities to raise the profile of the entrepreneurs like me, giving them a greater voice and access to policy makers in order to contribute to key issues impacting female business owners. I simple cannot wait to get started.
Paulomi also adds, ''The campaign recognises business owners who wear a many of ‘hats’. As well as being a Founder & Designer at Handmade by Tinni, I also (you can see how the name came about) work in Hospitality Sales & Marketing with 20+ years of experience in Hotel sector. Who says, you cannot have a job and also a passion!!

I originally studied sales and marketing and started my career in hotel sales in India. In 2004 I met the love of my life and we got married two years later. Soon after that, I joined my husband in London to start a new chapter of our journey together, where I again worked in hotel sales management.
When I finally set up my own creative business finally in 2020, I drew inspiration from the bright colours of nature, the amazing places I have travelled to over the years and, most importantly, from the rich heritage of India.
I can’t think of a better way to start 2022 and I’m super excited to see where this leads and what happens next!''

The #ialso100 campaign provides plenty of networking and PR opportunities for the members. There are exclusive monthly events for members to attend and opportunities to host events, speak on panels throughout all of Small Business Britain’s campaigns, as well as dedicated press and PR support.
The f:Entrepreneur campaign is run by Small Business Britain – an organisation with a world class track record in conception, management and execution of high profile, national campaigns in the small business and enterprise sectors.
